My son has been coming here since he was 4 1/2 years old. Over the last 9 years he has developed perseverance, learned self control, and how to defend himself when needed. Through Karate-Do he has learnt that if he wants something it is not just handed to him. He has to work for it and earn it. He has taken these lessons into his education and his studies at school. He has had the opportunity to also learn various weapons, such as the bo, katana and sais, over the years in private classes. All the Sensei’s are remarkable teachers and the Dojo treats everyone like family.
