Class Fee Structure

Fees are based on 13-14 week sessions (7 week for spring session)

Fees can be paid in our office, Mon to Thurs 4-7pm via cash, debit, credit or cheque.

Etransfer may be sent as well to karatedo.mh@gmail.com but

YOU MUST PUT YOUR STUDENTS NAME IN THE MEMO so we know who the fees apply to.

Monthly Payment Option

All 60 minute classes are able to be paid monthly but are subject to preauthorized debit withdrawals and must be submitted by the 15th of the month prior to the start of classes or an agreement to pay in person by the 1st of the month. These preauthorized/monthly payments are a commitment for the complete 4 month session and will not be cancelled early due to student choice not to complete the session no different than those students who prepay the entire session fee without refund. Monthly pre authorized payments for the family classes is $75/month.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Once classes are registered and paid, your student is holding a spot in the class. Registration can be fully refunded up to 14 days prior to the first class of the session. Should you need to cancel your registration with any less than 14 days notice your full registration fee will be credited for any future session or refunded at 50% of the paid value. The only exceptions to this policy is due to injury/illness that prevents the student from participating in class or family relocation to a different city. There will be no registration refunds/credits after the start of classes has begun.

** There are no refunds/credits due to absences as a result of a COVID positive test/close contact isolation requirements or due to any mandate that is out of our control **
