Class Fee Structure

Fees are based on 13-14 week sessions (7 week for spring session)

Fees can be paid in our office, Mon to Thurs 4-7pm via cash, debit, credit or cheque.

Etransfer may be sent as well to karatedo.mh@gmail.com but

YOU MUST PUT YOUR STUDENTS NAME IN THE MEMO so we know who the fees apply to.

Monthly Payment Option

spaceAll 60-minute classes can be paid monthly via etransfer or in person by the 1st of the month. Monthly payments are a commitment for the entire 4-month session and cannot be cancelled early, just like full-session prepaid fees. This option allows families to spread payments while securing their spot for the full session.

Monthly Rates:

Single student: $75/month

Family discount (2 or more students from the same household): $70/student/month

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Once classes are registered and paid, your student is holding a spot in the class. Registration can be fully refunded up to 14 days prior to the first class of the session. Should you need to cancel your registration with any less than 14 days notice your full registration fee will be credited for any future session or refunded at 50% of the paid value. The only exceptions to this policy is due to injury/illness that prevents the student from participating in class or family relocation to a different city. There will be no registration refunds/credits after the start of classes has begun.
